Import & Sales Policy

Payment Methods
 We accept major international and Thailand-based payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PromptPay, internet banking, bank transfers, and certified checks.

Payment Plans
 Available on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due within 30–60 days depending on the animal’s value. Please contact us to arrange a plan specific to your chosen animal.

Sales Policy
 All sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiting the hold on the animal(s) and any money already paid.

Shipping & Delivery
 Animals are shipped according to international and local regulations. Delivery is handled by professional carriers and may include handover to authorized collection points. Home delivery can be arranged where applicable. Buyers must collect animals immediately upon arrival (or within 8 hours for home delivery)

Legal & Compliance
 All imports are fully compliant with Thai law and CITES regulations. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any additional permits required for local regulations.
